These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and every order you place on it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean House of Sharvi; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and legally able to enter into a contract. The details you give us — name, email, phone and delivery address — must be accurate and your own.
Every piece is handcrafted. Small variations in colour, finish, weight and stone placement are part of handmade work, not a defect — no two pieces are ever truly identical.
Photographs are taken as faithfully as we can, but colours can look different on different screens. Product descriptions, materials and weights are given in good faith; where a weight or measurement is approximate we say so.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into being only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. You get a full refund in every such case.
Cancellation, return, exchange and refund are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Dispatch and delivery timelines, charges, customs duties and failed-delivery handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which also forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Handcrafted jewellery needs a little care. Keep it away from water, perfume, sanitiser and household chemicals, remove it before sleeping, swimming or exercising, and store each piece separately in its pouch. Damage, tarnish or plating wear caused by not doing this is not covered by any return or warranty.
The designs, photographs, text, logo and layout on this site belong to House of Sharvi. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially — including for manufacturing similar pieces or for training any automated system — without our written permission.
Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or probe this site, upload anything harmful, impersonate someone else, or post reviews that are false, abusive or not your own experience. We may remove such content and suspend the account behind it.
We take real care over our work, but we do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost opportunity, or a delay caused by a courier, bank or payment gateway.
Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control — natural events, fire, flood, epidemic, strike, riot, war, courier or postal failure, internet or power outage, or an act of government. If such an event lasts long, we will either agree a new timeline with you or refund you.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, so it is worth a quick read before you check out.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before going anywhere near a court, please write to us — almost everything gets sorted with one email.
